      Training is a HUGE priority so you know what you are doing before you get started and people are always willing to answer any questions! I was so nervous when I started because it is so different (in good ways) than any other place I have worked but I LOVE IT!!!! I came from a clinic setting after being there for 2 years and have done some in home before I was in the clinic and felt isolated so I was always nervous to come back to in home ABA but everyone here is so supportive and makes sure you DONT feel isolated! The supervisors know what they are doing and trust their RBTs. They show their employees how valued they are! The pay is great and competitive and they value your experience! I could go on for days about how amazing this company is!

      It is a little confusing to learn all of the data and the policies for scheduling but there is so much help and they just transitioned to electronic so its not a con really ;)

We want to set our staff up for success from the start, we know it's a hard job, so the more training and support you have from the very start, the better you'll be at working with your clients. Our supervisors make themselves available by text, call or email to discuss any questions our Behavior Technicians (BT) have, and we want you to succeed!
