At Behavior Frontiers, we attempt to provide flexibility for our clients by providing services in different settings such as homes, clinics, and schools. Care programs are based on a client’s individualized goals rather than the setting of services. Since we work with different goals and behaviors, no two programs will be the same. For instance, some programs will extend for a longer or shorter sessions depending on the number of lessons for that respective client. Supervisors also shadow session to ensure progress is met and provide support – during this time, we encourage our team to voice concerns regarding their client’s program or individual struggles.
