Our Client Service Department diligently assesses requested hours, availability, and location to find a caseload that works best for BTs and families. The Seattle region services homes in surrounding areas, and we’re actively working on expanding support with more supervisors available in the field and initiatives that encourage our team to provide feedback or request support from department managers or Clinical Directors.
