The field of ABA can pose challenges with client cancellations, and our client service department is not a stranger to helping find solutions for these situations. Apart from assigned service coordinators, we have direct and regional call lines to connect with designated service coordinators and managers for assistance. Nonetheless, our team is in contact if we are informed of changes on behalf of our clients to help facilitate communication and the flow of care services.
