The BehaviorSpan team provides excellent services to its clients and strives to help each family as much as possible. BehaviorSpan is place where I feel appreciated and know that I am learning new skills on a daily basis. The company provides competitive pay and extensive clinical support.

      Poor leadership, absent management, no accountability for BCBAs or any roles above that. Disgusting centers that are never professionally cleaned. No support in-home. Lower than average pay.
