First off, I love working at Behavioral Health Link and being able to work remote is great! The company offers an extremely supportive environment for employees, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning and development. No one day is ever the same and I've learned a great deal, far more than just what I obtained during my Bachelors/Master's programs. We have access to a variety of learning opportunities, not only from being in the field, but also live training sessions and monthly meetings with my supervisor/management. BHL also has several recognition programs, which allow us to earn gift cards for outstanding performance, quality, and attendance, which is really nice if you're a dedicated worker like me! Another perk is my personal healthcare plan is at no cost to me and they offer free virtual telemental health sessions. I've felt like these benefits support what I need both professionally and personally for my wellbeing, especially since the job focuses on supporting individuals in crisis. In my opinion, one of the most significant advantages of working at BHL is the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives and absolutely fills me with a sense of purpose and pride. The leadership team is open and transparent, and I've been able to discuss my growth opportunities within the company with my supervisor. All around I feel like BHL creates a rewarding and positive working environment to come to every day. Having been here awhile and seeing the positive changes going on in the company, I believe many of the negative reviews on here are old mentalities and ex-employees who left bitter and not interested in the positive growth continually happening at BHL. If you are dedicated to helping those in crisis, BHL is an excellent place to build a fulfilling career with wonderful colleagues and leadership.

Management changed a lot which led to unclear team goals. Parameters for reporting was also changed a lot which led to inconsistencies in reporting and bad data. There was not any clear direction.
