Mostly clinicians must have over 50 clients to maintain requirements -Low pay -A lot of turn over and burn out -Company has no regard for emotional health or wellbeing of anyone working there. It is all about the insurance company money and requirements in management. -Some clinicians are immature, insecure, and gossip
