- Studio claims to offer free breakfasts and lunchs, but all employees get a salary deduction to cover the costs, so it's not really free per se... - Terribly located in an area that is isolated and not close to a Metro station (about 20 - 30 minutes on foot and 5 - 10 by bus depends on travel speed) - CEO is an hypocrite, manipulator and liar, not surprising seeing how he was previously involved in politics... A few years ago we were told work from home full time would be a perk since during the lockdown of covid it shown positive data on how people were happier and more productive. Last year we were told due to a bad financial year even though the studio generated more profit from the previous year we would need to come 2 days a week as a mean to boost the collaboration... And today, we were told we will now need to come to the office 3 days a week on specific days from now on while being told this year financial situation was quite positive... We were lied as a mean to manipulate us to stay while the market was hot and every where were offering better wages. And now that the market cooled off, all of those are being pulled off under our feet. - The whole studio's success is leaning on a single project, Dead by Daylight. If that project were to stop being profitable, the whole studio would crumble like a house of card... Every thing else the studio developped in the past 10 year have been commercial failures that didn't even break even with production cost. So take this in consideration.
