Vantaggi

If you like the idea of signing away your soul...

Svantaggi

Beholder is cheap and working there is soul-crushing. There are no two ways around it. They outsource everything they can, including their own blog. A digital marketing agency that can't even create it's own blog...? Do you want to be employed at an agency that says they handle social media for clients, but can't get more than half a dozen likes on the 27 times they posted on Facebook in the past three months? Or maybe you want some real employment experience...if so, stay away. They changed their name from Beholder Productions to Beholder Agency to re-brand, but also because BP stands for Broken Promises. They were involved in a lawsuit a few years ago (I think someone above me mentioned it too), because they were too cheap to pay their employees. While that probably means that they changed their policies so that everything is on the books now, it doesn't mean their attitudes have changed. I'm sure they haven't.

Vantaggi

I don't see any pros to this company. They are lies to clients and their employees

Svantaggi

- They failed to pay staff they were laying off and were taken to court over it - They failed to pay expenses to their staff - No direction from husband & wife management team - They would body shame their employees - No vacation days allowed - They lied to clients and use pre-made software, web design, blog posts and content - They expected a two people team to make 27 episodes of shows in less that 3 months for a network that never made it off the ground. With no budget to do so. - Very low pay and no benefits - Mainly staffed by interns - They change there company name every few years to hide from the bad reviews (Now call Beholder Agency) - They offer no training or mentorship
