The jobs themselves aren't too heavily complex. Hours are 9 to 5 for most people. It's actually a pro that anyone considering working here is able to read these reviews rather than making a hasty decision.

Depending on the deranged mood swings of the owner determines the target for the day/week/month. There's no trust for any employee to be left alone and treated as an adult. Consultants keep their distance from the office where most of the games are played. Managers encourage owners behaviour by allowing it to continue and will stir the pot which takes the heat off themselves
The company itself has a shocking reputation with a number of agencies in Sydney who refuse to work for this business because they'll only up replacing the person over and over. It's not feasible. People have been threatened not to speak when leaving and others have had bad references given without permission. Being that there have been so many people through the doors it's common fact that you'll meet or interview with someone who offers you their sympathy for even having worked here
