The people are very friendly and work together. Managers are easy to talk to. Company provides good benefits and perks.

They are very church oriented - both upper management as well as most staff come from a conservative church community that holds everyone else at a very long arm's length. Pretty sure they would prefer to keep it closed to just community folk but understand that they can't do that and be part of the current corporate environment. Very nice people - I wish them lots of luck.
