Lack of leadership in the BU's and direction from sales management in EMEA - Recensione dipendente - Product Manager presso Belden

Focus is almost completely internal, internal reporting is more important then customer contact.....extremely process orientated. No direction from senior leadership team and very weak sales leadership in EMEA Virtually no internal promotion opportunities, outside candidates are preferred even if these don't have the background but just because they where at the right previous company.... Cooperation between BU's is non existent, product development is incoherent
