Most of the 30 or so employees have been there for over 4 years which is a reflection of the accountable, learning, and family-like environment. The company is always looking to improve, specifically building new infrastructure to serve advertiser needs and acquiring competitive properties To expand reach and scale. The commission plan Is straight forward, and geared towards rewarding hard work w/ attainable goals, bonuses for both personal and team goals, and paid on monthly billings - not collections.

Slightly understaffed in certain departments and sometimes simple tasks take forever.

Pay isn't terrible but isn't the best

Between the ownership changes, the turnover, the favoritism, and the overall situational strife, it's a very challenging environment that cannot be resolved easily or quickly. No advancement opportunities.
