New products awaiting launch. Decent pay. Good vision from management at highest level.

Indian centre is badly managed. Managers are not technically competent. Just driven by project management. Higher positions are not advertised internally and predetermined. I was crucified and branded as incompetent because management couldn't make head or tail of the new plm rollout. No appreciation for dealing with ambiguity and extra effort. Extreme favoritism at the India office and also very impusive decision making. All legacy programs with tons of gaps in engineering.

9/80 schedule, every other Friday off. 401k match is decent but long vesting period. A lot of ERGs and events for people.

Svantaggi

Employee morale is not what it used to be. Cafeteria is not great, food and the prices. Career development is slow, unless you get lucky.
