10yThanks for taking time to provide feedback to Bell and Howell. 2014 and 2015 have seen many changes at the company, including organizational structures, product, and market focus. While we are not entirely where we want to be, the company has made significant progress in many areas, including strategy and financial stability. We also conduct focus groups, visit sites and the field, take questions on quarterly update calls, and continue to work on feedback from the last employee survey. We are working to drive a culture of mutual respect and transparency. If you don't feel that "management" is listening, please talk to another manager or your HR partner.
