      changed pay structure. Had a lot of quality control issues which effected your commission pay. If you were in a major city/region and quality issues happened, you would be looking at working 6-7 days a week to just hit quotas. Wasn't any room for growth.

      Goals are increased every single time you open an account so you’ll never hit your sales KPI. You’re lucky to get your monthly goal by the 10th of the month. The Chief Growth Officer Natasha’s title should be changed to Chief Declining Officer because all she has managed to do is run Bellami into the ground. The ‘leadership’ is cliquey and unfit for their roles.
