Belle Tire was one of the best jobs I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to family commitments, but I was part of an amazing team! Their payroll team is composed of incredible individuals. Besides that, there are numerous perks to being a Belle Tire employee. The company genuinely cares about its employees. I’ve witnessed upper management going to great lengths to help someone within a store. While it can be stressful at times, that’s just part of the job. My supervisor once told me that people leave and immediately want to come back! And to be honest, that’s so true, lol. It’s a great company to build yourself within.

Open on Saturdays - techs are required to work, most work on Saturdays are oil changes which pay very little. The marketing for service is non-existent causing lack of work
