A senior hang up a call and blurted out the (caller) employee’s medical condition with everyone in the room. Countless hours and resources (thousands of dollars) are spent by seniors covering up their toxic behavior and sabotage of others, would be costing the company alot more than their salaries to keep on the bullies - an audit on the seniors and what they 'focus' on might be wise (a 3rd party that is).
