Your review is entirely misleading and contradicts Glassdoor policies. While we welcome honest feedback to improve our processes, this review contains false information and does not align with our team's experiences or our company's practices.

1. First, you were working with our team for less than a year, not more than one year as stated. That was your first edit. You re-edited your review and stated that you were working for 2 years. This is not true, it was a few months.
2. Second, your role was target-based, and because you did not meet your KPIs, you did not work with our returning families, past clients, or other types of clients.
3. Your claim about working extra hours is also untrue. During your time with us, there wasn't a single day when you worked extra hours.
4. Regarding flexibility, this is a work-from-home position, but it doesn't allow for 2-hour coffee breaks for personal hobbies.
5. Our team culture is built on trust, and we do not tolerate aggressive behaviour towards the team, the spread of misinformation, or attacks on our team's integrity. Our team maintains a positive and respectful workplace culture, and your behaviour was inconsistent with that.
6. One correct point in the review is that some systems do not operate efficiently on some old computers. Based on your experience and feedback, a computer latency and computer literacy test has been integrated into the recruitment process.
