Team work, easy money as a team lead, flexible schedule, became easier as you learned tricks for your campus

carrying heavy books around campus, getting calls after seasoned closed from students, you expect more money for all the work you put in, smaller campuses are at a disadvantage

As an employee, I was able to work on my own time. Other than two short training sessions, my work was up to me. I was very independent.

This job is not worth the pay. For the amount of hours I worked, I did not get paid what I should have. It is also a lot of manual labor, as many of the books are very heavy and you may end up having to carry a lot of them at a time across campus. I went into this job with a back injury and did not realize I would have to be running around and carrying that many heavy books. Lastly, buyback is always during finals. Therefore, if you really want to make good money you have to work very hard for Belltower, taking away from study time. This job added stress to me at a time when I was already at a high stress level.
