Small (but growing!) credit union (adding our 4th branch in August!)

Good 401K plan, dental premiums paid for, occasional free lunches, dinner events, like to add fun to the mix.

Terrible training and lots of people doing things and they're not even sure why or that there's an easier way. Pay is too low for the amount of work shoved and delegated to lower level staff. Mid management is a joke and upper management does not care enough to deal with it. They say they care but don't hold your breath. Absolutely no chance for an opportunity to grow or move up in the company especially where it's all about who you know. Basically all the moves you make in the company are lateral with a different title change to make you feel "special". It's also interesting that they placed a spot in the best places to work in NH Business magazine but the majority of their perks are lies.
