Management staff is anyone who fits in with the good ol' boys club. They have to be completely incompetent, unethical, willing to lie, and avoid all responsibility. Sales people are rewarded for being snakes and are given free range to verbally abuse and harass support staff if their needs are not immediately met. As long as they can sell - they do what they want and are above any rules. Ethical sales people who treat people with respect are pushed to the back burner so that the high maintenance jerks can get their needs met first. Belmark continues to lose incredible employees - basically anyone with integrity and morals - because of their terrible business practices. They work people to the bone, give little positive feedback, and never have their backs on anything. They will continue to lose people as long as they operate the way that they do. They brag about their growth and their technology, and they can build shiny new buildings. But, no matter how much you shine it, a turd is still a turd.
