It's a supportive place to work and grow in your role. Pay is decent for a not for profit and work/life balance is actively encouraged. Culture within teams is good - it's a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Not many benefits - yet - however the company is not for profit which needs to be taken into account. There are some things which could be given to staff for free though e.g embrace a certain amount of flexible / agile working for some staff. Holiday entitlement needs to be looked at along with other potential incentives. A lot of change has been happening and will continue to happen and for some this can be unsettling however it is all for the greater good.
