Vantaggi

-There are a lot of different restaurants and cafes around in the area -Some staff members are friendly

Svantaggi

- [Cheap labour] Pay is always below national minimum wage even after the probation period, and management don’t intend on increasing it. At first, it’s £800 for 40 hrs a week, then £1000 after probation. - Free lunch doesn’t justify extremely low pay (a lot of the times it was flavourless or undercooked) - Often you’ll have to do take on roles that are more than your job description, without a pay rise - Unprofessional environment and company culture i.e. inappropriate jokes/comments, management working against each other and telling you two different things - Feedback was limited and not well thought out -As it’s a small company, there’s no real room for growth/progression - The ethics around selling and promoting the products weren’t great - There’s a high turnaround in the company, people come and go all the time - at one point 3 in one month (and there are a one or two friends/family members of the CEO working there)

Vantaggi

... Discover lots of details about prostate disease?

Svantaggi

12 months (with a ridiculous six-month probation period) is not an 'internship', it's an excuse to underpay desperate people and fire them at a whim. Pay is below minimum wage (let alone London living wage), method of payment dubious and often late or inaccurate. 'Management' are unpleasant, unprofessional and unorganised, as evidenced by the incredible turnover rate. Staff often fired publicly or for strange reasons. Very cliquey. Judgemental but no internal ethics. No respect for data of their staff or customers. 'Marketing' department unfriendly, rude and uncaring. CEO does not live his own philosophy and is happy to admit it. Free lunches (of varying quality) will not pay for rent, food and travel. Progression seems based on personal relationships. More or less all staff 'self employed interns'; job adverts repetitive and misleading. 'Training courses' all downloaded rubbish. Attitude to incentivisation of reviews questionable; assume same situation regarding positive review by 'intern' below. Horrible experience and not worth undergoing for a line on a CV.

Vantaggi

free lunch, bright office, nice co-workers

Svantaggi

Virtually everything else. This company things they can keep you below the poverty line by giving you a lunch every day. Despite promising full-time jobs after 1 year's work, one other intern I knew was still only making £1000 per month after having worked there for 15 moths, working a 35 hour week. Pay-day was never the same each month and turnover is incredibly high. They'll promise you the world in your interview and then never deliver. I saw two people fired in the middle of the day that left crying. All this on top of selling a fairly expensive product "that is not intended to treat or cure any disease." Do not work here.
