- Cannot meet financial obligations so there are massive layoffs every month, I would not be surprised if this place closes down within the next year. - Senior Leadership is not inspiring and there's clearly at problem at the communication level when it comes to empathy to the employees. Laying off the bottom line isn't going to help bring business to the company, it's definitely not them who make the targets/KPIs and overlook the financial data to make Bench successful - so I don't see why you're laying off the people who make the cogs run at Bench instead of the ones who clearly are setting Bench up for failure at the top level. - Salary and wages are very low compared to other companies, and they recently made a change that affects OTE/VP which means you're getting even LOWER than what you were promised
