Read the past reviews. They are an accurate reflection of the sad state this company is now, thanks to the incompetent guidance of the SLT and CEO. This isn't because of the layoffs frustration, but frustration on how useless leadership is. If everyone who worked at this company all say the same thing for literal months, even years and employees whos been here for 4+ years are choosing to leave, this should speak volumes on how sever the problems this company has and how easily burnable you are as your voice doesn't matter. - Employee survey says theres no trust in leadership, but leadership drops the survey half a year in and purges all opposition. Cant have a bad score when those people dont work here anymore. - You have questions you want to ask the CEO, he bounces around the question, says nothing despite the company valuing transparency and he blames the employees for the problem. "We" need more in person collaboration he says. "We" are using up too much money he says. Who's this "We" when we've gotten budget cuts left and right, literal new employees are being paid way more than you for the exact same position despite being there for years, extravegent leadership dinners celebrating basically nothing, booked a lavious movie like theatre for the CEO to talk about how bad the score for the employee survey is, and everyone is constantly in meetings aka "collaboration" with their peers. So where's the metrics to show this claim that collaborations are down and require employees to come to the office? This is nothing but a farce to get ROI after sinking a ton of money in having an office since only 5-10 employees show up to the office with 3-5 of them being mandatory to show up in-office. - Don't like their decisions they made? Well, the exits over there, they said. What kind of leadership who knows there will be employees who won't be happy with certain decisions and instead of giving clarity to dispel the doubts or doing something about it, they go "oh well, they can just leave" and opens the doors for you to leave. The only doors they open is the exit, not career opportunities or trust.
