Excellent benefits. Coworkers were great.

Stressful at times, but that's expected given the nature of the work. Pay could be better.

Amazing health care benefits and great place for experience if you're looking to get into graduate school focused around mental health.

Management doesn't care. They burn you out for all you're worth and expect you to be grateful about it. Incredibly dangerous at times and the facility is riddled with pests and bugs. The walls, bathrooms, cameras, and basically every part of the facility is either broken or falling apart. They don't care to fix these issues and admin would rather sit in their office than actually fix the facility and help staff. Harassment between employees is swept under the rug and you are strongly urged not to press charges if you are assaulted by a resident because it would bring bad press and attention to the company. Bottom line TLDR: admin doesn't care, they will burn you out, they will kick you aside like you're nothing when they're done.
