Well documented procedures, at least at the corporate level. Salary and benefits pretty much on par with everybody else. Great people to work with. We finally got a GM that can get the site on the right track.

Svantaggi

As soon as there is a downturn in the forecast (big contract not signed). Senior leadership shuts down the whole site.

Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

Svantaggi

Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

Minimal need for overtime and fair communication when additional work may be needed for this role.

Svantaggi

Serious restructuring of pay structure is needed for this role. Across the board more assistance and help is needed for the Minnesota branches. We are constantly asking for assistance and help both in resources, training, time, and employees but then there is constantly a question on why targets aren't being met despite us communicating needs. Minimal opportunity for advancement.
