      Technology/product was ok, able to do customizations

      Toxic work culture, period. Leadership demanded so much and were condescending that affected employee morale. There were only a couple managers that were great to work with. It was very micromanaging that you had to use a certain font style and color for your emails. They change the company name every few years and focus on non-important items. It’s sad because the company could be good with different leadership. Work life balance is also a struggle. Your mental health can take a beating.

      Catered lunch on occasion, okay pay, ok benefits. Customers are good to work with.

      Micromanaged like no other. Their way or the highway. Make sure you memorize exactly what is taught in their "training" sessions. Nickle and dime the customers to where they complain more and more. Like a high school lunch, you sit alone if you're not in the "clique."
