The job is field-base. Management is not on your back as long as you're getting your work done. The clients are a joy to visit.

Svantaggi

The quarter reviews is a lot. You will spend most of your time traveling to visit clients in ALL of their services in which in that month you can be doing over 50 visits and have to document for them all. The documentation for that month can be repetitive. Also, no growth opportunities whatever your salary is basic stays your salary no matter how long your'e with the company.

little investment in CEUS/ongoing professional development and you are alone as the therapist in the family's home. So you have no mentorship, you are pretty much on your own. If you are an ambitious therapist that wants to be excellent in what you do, this is not the right setting.
