Because the Shareholders turn a blind eye to the tyrannical ruling of the office by "past their sell-by-date" Directors, you can expect to meet a whole new team of colleagues every six months due to staff turnover being so unbelievably high! More than likely either because they've found a job that pays in line with the industry, or they've had enough of being insulted and made to feel worthless by the little man in his little office with a God complex.
