The company is small enough (100+ employees) so that everyone is recognized for their contribution and large enough to provide lots of job enrichment and satisfaction knowing you make a difference. Everyone has a voice, new ideas are encouraged and the company is passionate about serving customers and working miracles for them. There are lots of people with over 20 years of service proving its a desirable culture and work environment. Company BBQ throughout the summer months and special lunches for holidays. Merit based salary reviews and bonuses, peak performers are recognized and rewarded.

The company often competes against giants and wins due to their knowledge, innovation and experience and has always met commitments, but Benchmark's entreprenuerial environment may not be a fit for someone who desires a lot of structure.
