You get a lot of emails saying that you have to attend mandatory training (which isn’t paid) outside of your work hours, which management enforce is done. Because there is such a vast quantity you end up doing a lot of free work as a part time employee, often with not much notice. If you don’t do it, the managers get very grumpy.
