Where to start!! Being an "Account Manager" means nothing, it's just a title. Silly amount of paperwork that could be massively cut down. The amount of pressure put on you to sell sell sell and hit ridiculous targets is horrible. Constantly spoken to like a child (despite being a grown up!) Singled out in front of other colleagues in your area if you do not meet targets, or totally ignored. Doesn't matter how hard you work, if you don't achieve what they want you to achieve, you are a failure, and constantly threatened with being "Managed out of the business". Contacted on days off and outside of working hours by incredibly pushy/bullying area managers, but then when you need something, no response for days on end. Even if you have health problems, you're not allowed to sit down at all on your counter, another threat of being managed out. Higher management fake, two faced, behave like teenage girls not grown women. Constantly tell you the company is number 1, but then you hear from other companies that their figures claim they are number 1 too. Most of the products are pretty rubbish as well. Magic formula is a joke, and they expect you to basically shove a face full of make up on every customer, and if the customer then doesn't want to buy every single product you've used, you must make them feel guilty.
