      Work-life balance, polite colleagues, payments on time

      Though it was good but seems there are better opportunities. Just because the work-life balance is good doesn't mean that this is enough. Unfortunately, the culture of the company is exactly "Everyone is repleacable". They don't care if you go and they are not trying to keep you and this is a reality if you see how many people left during 2022. The environment is too corporate keep promoting that "we are family". Well try to leave and you will see how "family" looks like.

      - Ανύπαρκτο onboarding βάση του τι περιγράφηκε στα πλαίσια της συνέντευξης. - Η πλειονότητα της ομάδας (εκτός 1-2 ατόμων) αλλά και εκτος αυτής , σε συνολικό επίπεδο ατόμων στην εταιρία παρουσιάζει αγενή και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, με επικριτική στάση και καυστικά σχόλια που δημιουργούν τοξικό κλίμα. Επιπλέον, η στάση και η ανεπάρκεια της διοίκησης, ειδικά σε επίπεδο υπευθύνου, εγείρουν σοβαρά ερωτήματα και επηρεάζουν αρνητικά τη λειτουργία και τη φήμη της εταιρίας.
