9yWe have gone through changes over the last few years, but our intention has always been to best serve our customers and associates. Our teams are now aligned in ways that allow associates to easily collaborate with those they need access to, and to support our customers completely. We are a public company, but we continue to care deeply about our associates and consider them in the decisions we make. Going global was one of those decisions. By developing a global workforce, we are in a position to support our customers around the clock, while giving our associates a better work-life balance so they have more time to spend with their family. As for the reviews, I assure you, we do not want any associate to feel pressured to write a review. We do, however, encourage posting so that we can use this site as a way to collect associate feedback.
