I am reading the negative reviews written by former employees, and I disagree with their evaluations of BSG. My experience here is nothing like what is described in those reviews. In fact, I would not be where I am today without BSG and their investment in my growth and development. Throughout my tenure, BSG has treated me with respect, valued my ideas and contributions, and challenged my assumptions. I am a better consultant because of them. Yes, I occasionally work long hours, but I am thankful for the opportunity to work on projects that make a difference. And I get to work on these projects while learning from the best in the industry. The SLT (from the VPs to the CEO) genuinely care about me and are committed to my success. They have been there for me both personally and professionally, but don’t take my word for it...just ask the 5+ current employees who have left the company and come back.

Work/life balance could improve (projects seem to kick-off simultaneously) and company-wide communications could increase, but the monthly bulletin is a great addition.
