I last worked at Benevity in 2024, so out of date information. That said, looking back the company was the positive office culture I've experienced in 20 years of corporate. They did a good job picking people that were kind, motivated, caring about others, and positive. I also felt like I had flexibility to grow in my role and within the company and that I was supported in my role.

Svantaggi

Has lost its Calgary, grass roots feel and teams have become more spread-out and disconnected, with lots of roles now outsourced overseas. Workload is high.

Remote work The product is bad but intention is nice Some team members are nice

1.A lot of turnover in the past few years 2.The sales leadership seems disconnected and dont understand the pain points 3.Frequent layoffs that too just before holidays 4.The rev ops team is toxic- instead of helping, they will make you feel stupid 5. There are tons of reviews on reddit read them before joining the company
