Very open communication and the culture is so much fun and inclusive. They invest in training and genuinely want you to succeed. Love working here!

Not everyone is in the office everyday, so unless there is an event or Town Hall, we don't always get to connect with everyone without intentionally plannng a Teams chat. I would love to go to our industry tradeshow in Chicago, but it isn't offered often.

Very busy project team, work life balance can be a challenge. Roll-out design standards - which was great for business/profits but does not always allow for much creativity.
