      * Great location in Culver City * Most of the staff is great to work with * A lot of freedom to pursue things in the way you think they should be done

      * Management / company owner were very absent * Not much guidance when times were tough * Upper level employees did little work while shifting the burden of making sales to lower level employees * Pay was cut due to upper level employee performance * A few rounds of layoffs occurred
