The environment is constantly changing and evolving allowing for an employee to learn at a faster pace than at some larger companies. The people are all friendly and always open to casual conversation when it permits. My work ethic is suited well for this job as it allows me to get involved with a lot of different groups making it a challenging job that does not get old.

There is too much management involved with daily business as usual. I've observed Vice-Presidents involved with decision making at the non-management levels for things that a mid-manager could easily handle if given the responsibility. The other con here is that there appears to be a trend of cc'ing your direct manager on every email, that doesn't make sense at all.

As you stated, we do feel that our colleagues have a chance to grow significantly in their roles because they are exposed to more than they may be at a larger company. Hopefully we see positive changes to some of your observations throughout the rest of 2016 and into the new year.
