Nice family atmosphere, a wealth of knowledgeable colleagues, diverse software solutions (I.e. not monotonous selling atmosphere), globally dispersed and recognized, relocation opportunities, active in acquisitions and R&D.

Svantaggi

Some managers are mostly interested in bean counting and not digging deeper into the sales process, constant disruptive organizational changes, cryptic sales compensation plan and statement, too many account assignment changes not allowing for rapport building with users, lack of structured training and clear role definition for new hires, very slow in implementing annual changes and quota assignment, low ceiling for career advancement, can do better with pay when compared to similar jobs at other companies.
