Where do I even begin... -Management is horrible across the board, but especially on the ecommerce team. You will not get any kind of support from anyone. There is no room for growth on the team, don't be fooled when you interview and HR says "you can definitely move around in the company", they're lying to your face. -Manager will talk down to you, speak to you like you're 5 years old, micromanage every second of every minute that you are on the clock (will make you clock out if you go downstairs to buy a coffee). You will NOT find mentorship on the omni team. Do not care about you or your life outside of work. Does not even know or care if it's someone's birthday on the team. Have a extremely urgent family matter? Good luck taking off. -Turnover is unreal. People start looking for other opportunities as soon as they realize that this job is a joke. Don't be fooled by the glitz and glam of "Bergdorf Goodman", you'll probably make more money working on sales commission at any store on Madison/5th ave. Or even at a coffee shop, at least you won't be miserable. -Speaking of pay, pay is so low compared to industry standards. The company knows they can get away with it because they're ~Bergdorf Goodman~. It is not enough to survive in NYC. -NOTHING is given to you in writing, You are not given an "offer letter" or a "benefits package" like normal companies, benefits are nonexistent. You get vacation and sick HOURS, not DAYS. -HR is so pathetic, they do NOTHING all day. The male in HR will patrol the halls and will HOLLER at you from across the room if you have rips in your jeans, but do not work on sourcing ACTUAL SMART AND QUALIFIED PEOPLE for these positions. HR will do nothing when someone is reported to them on multiple occasions.
