Some great people - although most left in the last exodus. Nice downtown location. Great place if you're a high priced management consultant or sales exec. Not so great for anyone else.

Focus is on constant management consultants and trying to land the next "big" sales contracts. If you're a big talker and can put on a show you might do well for a year or two. Until you realize the team struggles to deliver. Zero focus on product and customer and ops. Ancient complicated process and systems, nothing is documented, embarassing customer service. I just feel bad for our clients. Not a big company, small cottage industry.

Small company means everyone needs to be hands on and cross trained on multiple tasks Because it’s a great place to learn and grow, turn over of young professionals after they’ve gained some experience there is a bit higher
