Plus the senior team have significant experience so lots of support as well as an experienced delivery team to help build out accounts.

There are some big charcaters in the office with strong opinions

One of the best if not the best commission structures in the City, no restrictions to work technologies and locations and you can dual desk so if you are a big biller you will earn more money here than any where else.
