      Good company and culture. Awesome group of people. Good benefits and PTO package.

      Recently they have been cutting positions for the onsite teams which is leaving minimal in person front line support which communities really need. This is putting a lot of stress and pressure on the onsite teams and is impacting work life balance which is something that Berkshire used to value more. Additionally, cutting positions does not give opportunities for growth.

      Open honest communication, Camaraderie is great, Management listens and helps with anything we need. Support for anything you need is always there. Salary compensation is reviewed annually and competetive.

      Matrix points are harder to achieve, making some bonuses harder to achieve.

      Unorganized management structure, Many projects going but not a lot of information of who was in charge. Seemed to be Hurry up and wait and see attitude. Always lowest bidder no matter outcome.
