Punishing hours.. Very inefficient management of teacher schedules, leading to long commutes for very limited class time. Materials old, generic and out of touch but company policy insists on using material. Still providing students with CD’s in 2019. Still required teachers to call on the phone every evening to confirm schedules with the secretary. No online system. Fixed discontinuous contract gives no stability or security. Management very arbitrary and poor at communication.
