Good benefits at times an most of the people you work with are GREAT except for the occasional bad attitude having brown nosing the boss man work snitch who think they're better then every one else.

Doesn't listen to employee opinions, they know all or think they do, also employees only matter if there making them money management is always right. Favoritism is the worst tho. People who are more qualified for a job are looked over or not considered for the job because of managements friends or family.
