Too much work with not enough people. Terrible point system, People lose their job because they have family emergencies. There is no union so the management talks to employees any way they want. Your chances of advancement in the company can come to a stand still just by someone starting a rumor about you. The Supervisors are not actively involved in the shift, and have no clue what's going on with the production. There is too much punishment for small mistakes and not enough rewards for outstanding work. Most of the positions are underpaid.
