HR leadership is the worst I’ve ever seen, won’t name any names. Pay is not market competitive, they pull salary numbers out of thin air. Bonuses get lower and lower despite company sales doing the opposite. Benefits are worse than fast food and retail employers. Promotions and new jobs go to friends of leadership whether they’re qualified or not, it takes about 2 minutes to pick up on this. This is a billion dollar company that operates like a mom and pop.
